The car is very close to showroom condition.  Entire front end was clear bra'd since new until a few thousand miles ago. The car will be sold with original Alcantara steering wheel which is in like new condition (very rare to have an original. not a rewrap. in original condition with no wear and rot).  
Price is based on the rare specs of this car. and the fact that it is one of the lowest milage examples in the country.  The only other two low mileage examples for sale in the entire country on auto trader are both finished in the much less desirable Imola Red paint. and are for $28k and $35k. respectively.
