For sale - My cherished replica of the Austin Healey 3000. An absolute stunner. Pristine condition. a real head turner. Just not had the time to use it since buying the business which is a great shame. So reluctantly selling.

Owned and built by me. the car has been Garage stored in a Carcoon which will be included in the sale (original cost £500. 00). The Carcoon keeps the car within a zero humidity environment - hence no rust or depreciation. although it is run regularly and occasionally on the road just to keep things moving.

The body & chassis was one of the last to be manufactured in Scotland by Haldane.

Many. many. long but rewarding hours in the making (over 3. 00 hrs). A labour of love for most of it. No expense has been spared. Two shows two wins - one at Stoneleigh.

Soft Top Hood and black leather interior. including new seats and  carpeting all upholstered by ex Stratstone's upholsterer's.

Professional paintwork - not gel coat. All chrome bright work bought new. Five Chrome bolt on spoked wheels from Germany including spare.

Security System Alpine Perimeter security system SEC-8048 with built in shock sensors. isolators & immobilisers. Giving full protection to both the outside and the inside of the car when parked with the Hood down.

The Ford 2. 0 litre D. O. H. C. fuel injection engine has been totally rebuilt with bills to prove and has covered just over10. 00mls

Several of the major components from the donor vehicle were used - Engine/Gearbox Dif. rear braking system. wiring loom. ECU. electric windows. along with some of the smaller parts.

The car is registered as a Haldane HD300 on the V5. GRP body. It has aWalnut dash with Jaguar Mk2 instruments. Polished Stainless Steel rollover Bar. Jaguar Mk2 Door Handles.  

This is a private sale by me. I do have the car advertised elsewhere and reserve the right to withdraw the car at anytime.
