2)  These are used vehicles and they are sold ‘AS IS' condition. No Warranty.  However. some vehicles may still have a factory warranty or an extended warranty may be purchased.

3)  Remember you are looking at a used vehicle AS IS. No used car is perfect. there is no such thing. We do our best to describe every vehicle. but again. it's used.  Used vehicles will have small scratches. used vehicles will have light interior wear and could have some non-working options. Used vehicles could have a squeak when you go over a bump. Used vehicles can and normally do have normal wear for the age and mileage seepage of fluids. Used vehicles typically do not get the advertised gas mileage of when they were new.

4)  Please understand. we do our very best to describe in detail the condition of our vehicles. however. we are only human and these are used vehicles. therefore NAVIGLI USA INC. will not be held accountable for errors or omissions in the description of the above vehicle or typographical errors in any of our vehicle listings.  

5)  Used cars are not at all the same as a brand new car. or certified pre-owned vehicle.   They can be in no way flawless. or perfect.  As noted above. we try our absolute best to disclose any issues which may be present on the car. however a car's condition is somewhat subjective and opinion based. Where door ding may be considered perfectly acceptable on a 8/10 years old car. it would never be acceptable on a car which is brand new.

6)  On used cars. it is important to remember that virtually any mechanical or non-mechanical component can fail at any time.   We cannot predict what components will fail in the future. or when they will fail.   This is simply the nature of used vehicles.   The best that we can do is assure that the car is operating properly at the time of purchase.  This car is SOLD AS-IS. and we cannot be held responsible for any mechanical or non-mechanical failure.  

DOWNPAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED 24 HOURS FROM AUCTION CLOSED.

VEHICLE MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 7 DAYS OF AUCTION CLOSED.
