1936 Chrysler Airstream C7 Business Coupe for sale

Current customer rating: current rating for this car(2.15) based on 729 votes
For sale is an extremely nice. rare 1936 Chrysler C7 Airstream Business Coupe. This car is a true survivor. Other than a super quality repaint in 1992 ( basecoat/clearcoat) in the original color. it has never been restored. In the same family for many years - no rust ever. The car has always been garaged. and driven sparingly since painted - the paint has stood the test of time - it is 99. 99% perfect. Interior is very nice original condition. Everything works as it should. and car runs and drives excellent. All stock except for the addition of an electric fuel pump. and a  remote spin on oil filter. and stainless exhaust system.  I have a stock cannister type oil filter which is included. Very few of these coupes remain. and you will be hard pressed to ever find a nicer one. All chrome super - nice. Has art deco style outside door handles. beautiful winged hood ornament. and very cool "bomb sight" tail lights.  These cars have factory hydraulic brakes and independent front suspension with coil springs up front. Factory heater that works great. Huge trunk for your cruise -in chairs. cooler. etc.  No disappointments.

My mother owned this car when I was a kid and of all the cars we ever owned this was by far my favorite one.. I have had nightmares that someone would put a V8 in this beautiful car and paint it purple or something awful... I am so happy to see it still looks this good. If I had the money to make a real offer I would love to bring this one back into the family. Maybe one day when the time is right. Take care of it until then.

Don't want to disappoint but my offer expires within the next 24 hours. I am looking at another car and don't want two.
