This car could be road worthy with a major service to include brake work and a fuel system cleanup.  I removed the seats and sold them to a friend. so you will need to find replacements.  The exterior of the car is in good shape. no major flaws in the body.  The car will run if you nurse it to life. but will not idle.  I drove it a couple months ago. the transmission shifts fine. and the motor is fine. it just needs going through and a major tune up. I have a clear South Carolina title for it. This could be a great start for a project. or part it out.  The aluminum body panels on the 928 are quite valuable.  
The car comes with headlights and quite a few interior and exterior trim pieces that just need to be reinstalled.
