The body. hardtop. soft top. bright work and interior have all been completely restored. The car was repainted in original Roman Red using the latest 2-step polyurethane paint. The original 327/300 engine was replaced with a high-performance 406 ci Chevy small block V8. The engine is mated to a Tremec TKO-600 5-speed transmission. Centerforce II clutch and 3:36 posi read end. The front suspension has been upgraded using a JMR independent front suspension kit and disk brakes along with Flaming River rack and pinion power steering. Current owner has invested over $75. 00 to make this Corvette a perfect weekend driver. The original numbers matching 327 engine.
