Ford Zodiac 1962. (1st registered 25/9/62)

 

MOT April 2014 and Historic tax to end May 2014.

 

Chateau/Regency grey. Underside and engine compartment in Regency grey.

Red upholstery with grey carpets.

OD gearbox.

Disc brakes.

 

Total nut and bolt rebuild starting with a shot cleaned body shell. Virtually every nut and bolt replaced with zinc plated or stainless and every component either rebuilt or replaced.

 

Body

New sills (not covers). (Waxoil protected).

New jacking points

Rear wings rebuilt and lead loaded.

Underside is Shutze protected and oversprayed in Regency grey.

Doors rebuilt with new window guides. body seals and new quarter light seals in the front.

New scripts

 

Driveline

Engine rebuilt and finished in black/silver.

(Rebore and bearings are approx 15. 00 miles old from a previous rebuild)

Blast cleaned and rebuilt carburettor

New fuel/vac pump

Recon water pump

Rebuilt radiator

Rebuilt OD gearbox

Rebuilt prop shaft

Rebuilt axle

New stainless exhaust system
