This stunning  1971Mercedes 350sl Roadster has had just one Family owner from new.  
If it was taken down to the South of France and put on sale there. it would sell for around 25000 euros.  
Apart from a bare metal respray. it is completely original. No rot underneath andno rust on this amazing convertable. In the right hands. this car could be in concours condition.
Servicing has always been carried out professionally by respected Mercedes main agents. Unfortunately. the original service bookcannot be found.
Interior of the car is in excellent condition with just a small amount of wear on the drivers side carpet. The exterior 'speaks' for itselfand is in beautiful condition. Fitted with a new colour coded hood and comes with a hard top also in excellent condition.
This convertable starts. uns. rives and stops exactly as it should do in true Mercedes style. It will bring a smile on your face whenyou take it out for a run. it is a real head turner - people will speak to you at the traffic lights and when you park - itreally will put a smile on your face!
I drove it from my garage last week and took it for an M. O. T. and it went straight through. As an Historic vehicle It qualifies forfree annual road fund licence.
