1972 Corvette with 78. 82 original miles. Ontario Orange with Saddle interior. The survivor car has a base 350 with Turbo 400 transmission. Originally the car was purchased by Dr. Robert Barrett at Jerry's Chevrolet in Weatherford. Texas on 5/4/72. I believe I am the third owner of the car and I have had it for the past 10 or 11 years while driving the car about 1. 00 miles or so total.  Car has original wheels. beauty rings. center caps. bumpers and glass.  I do not believe the car has ever been in an accident. I have the original sales material as well as the Protect-O-Plate issued to Dr. Barrett when he purchased the car new.
Until about 4 years ago the car had the original paint and the tuck and roll interior the second owner. Eddie Wilhelm had installed in May. 1978. Since then I have had the car repainted. installed a new exhaust system with new mufflers and exhaust tips. added new Firestone tires (probably 500-1. 00 miles on them). had new carpet installed. new seat covers and replaced the door panels with a pair of NOS panels I found online. The car now has a GM aluminum intake as well as an HEI distributor to make it easier to drive around town. I have the factory intake and the original distributor that will go with the car as well as the factory chromed distributor cover (I think. ).
This year I had the original Quadrajet rebuilt by Mr. Carburetor in Cedar Hill. TX. installed a front end suspension package to return the handling of the car to like new. rebuilt all four disc brake calipers and had the car aligned at Firestone.
*ADDITIONAL THINGS I HAVE BEEN ASKED OR THOUGHT OF*

* Older Kenwood radio w/ cassette player gave up the ghost some time ago. so you will have to bring your own music when you cruise or listen to the hum of the motor.
* The windshield wipers seem to have a vacuum leak and the door that houses the wipers does not open. but I have never driven it in the rain. so I did not see a need to hunt the leak down.
* I had someone ask for pics of the motor compartment. so those are now added.
* Heater core was replaced when the carpet was replaced to make sure there was not a leak on the new carpet.
* Valve covers have been powder coated Chevy Orange.
* Master Cylinder was replaced about three years ago.
* Oil pump and rear main seal were replaced about five years ago. Rear main seal was leaking and I decided to replace the oil pump while we were down there.
* Original block. heads. air cleaner. exhaust manifolds. etc.
