here we have for auction my awsome 1957 sidestep chevy pickup. in my opinion the best year model with the big back window. the truck was imported from alabama in 2009 and is a very solid truck with no rot to the body or chassis. the truck has recently undergone a rat rod makeover with matt black paint. red wheels and white wall tyres. this truck turns heads ever ware it goes. it has a 350 V8 motor with autobox with lokar shifter. it has a camaro rear axle so no issues with power delivery. nd it has a new EZ wiring loom. the truck sits on its standard suspension and steering. the brakes work well and the steering doesnt wander. the truck doesnt require a mot. but it has been mot. d to prove the standard of the mechanics. he engine starts on the turn and runs perfect with no issues and it sounds awsome. the bench seat is in great condition. i was going to clean the interior up a bit but i real like the rat rod look and think it would spoil the look. the only downside is the gauges are a bit temperamental and work on and off. probably a earth problem but its never bothered me ive just enjoyed driving it. the only reason im selling it is ive just bought a 1957 f100 project so this has to go. remember when bidding this is a 56 year old truck and doesnt drive like a new car. but to me thats half the appeal. this is a no reserve auction so if theres a bid it will sell. will end early for right offer. this is a great truck. with v8 power and is very reliable. ome and take a look. ! thanks for looking!!
