Up for sale is my Classic Rover Mini Cooper Sport 1. 3i (Sports Pack Model with all the usual extra's). 2000 W reg. All original and not modified in any way. Comes with 11 months MOT (21st March 2014) & Taxed until the end of June 2013.
This is a special edition Sports model. one of the last to come off the production lines and to the same spec as the Mini 500. These are rare cars and definitely a head turner and you'll feel like you're part of an exclusive Mini club as I always get waves from other passing Mini drivers.
This classic Mini will make a great investment as they are only going up in value (if fully restored. they can fetch well over what you pay for it + repairs).  If you have been searching for Mini's on ebay. you will see the kind of prices these models can go for.
It has only had 2 owners from new and the general condition is very good as you can see from the pictures. I have owned and lovingly cared for the mini for the last 21 months.  Viewing is highly recommended to see the true beauty of the car and you are welcome to view the car before the auction ends (call me on 07921 720 980 to arrange viewing. Islington N19 area).
There is a full service history with lots of receipts and I also have the original service book and folder it comes in.  The engine has just been serviced and runs superb – 20w50 Oil (no expense spared). Oil filter. Air filter and Spark plugs all to manufacturer spec. Starts first time. the engine and exhaust sounds great from a sporty engine and is great fun to drive.
Finished in Blue with Silver roof. bonnet stripes and wing mirrors. complete with four spotlights (all working). 13” Cooper Sport Alloy wheels and extended wheel arches (with locking wheel nuts). The Alloy wheels are in excellent condition and all the tires are very good and have plenty of tread left. Chrome bumpers. fuel filler cap cover. & door handles (inside and out). Black and Silver Full leather interior in very good condition (no rips or tears). Checker plate dashboard with cream dials (volt meter. clock and oil temperature gauge; all working). Drivers airbag. Sony face off stereo with iPod and mp3 connectivity. I've also fitted a power point to charge your mobile. Fully working Remote alarm & Immobiliser. Lots of history and bills for work that has been carried out.  Very economical to run. The tank fills up for around £25 to £30 depending on petrol price. Still has original Mini book pack with owner's manual. service book etc. and also it also has the original Jack & Spanner with space saver spare wheel. Below average mileage for 13 yr old car – 120. 8kVery reluctant. genuine reason for sale. I am going through a divorce which is forcing me to sell it.  I'll be very sad to see it go.
Bad points: Usual Rover Mini rust issues. the bits worth mentioning are; bottom of door panels. windscreen scuttle. small rust spots on A pillars and small amount near rear bumper (please see hi resolution photo's). Slightly weak 2nd gear syncro mesh which means it crunches into second gear sometimes but it drives nicely with no other engine issues and is very nippy but no other engine issues. I had a bit of a dink on the front just before Christmas but this was repaired professionally by my insurance company. any inspection welcome.
