1955 Chevrolet Pickup 327ci LSD - Impala Belair Camaro Rat Rod Hot Rod

- Up for sale I have my 1955 Chevrolet. short bed pickup which has a later model 327ci V8 with shorty headers new twin exhausts and a 3 speed manual box. and 12 bolt LSD rear end. The truck runs beautifully. drives well. and is ready for registration.

- The truck has a slightly notched and plated chassis in the rear to allow it to be lowered. and an aftermarket mustang II front end. with tubular control arms. rack and pinion steering and disc brakes.

- Everything works. including lights. wipers. all gauges etc.

- As shown the pickup has powder coated red steel rat rod rims with good near new white stripe tires.

- The pickup also has a brand new hardwood deck with brand new chrome bed stripes.

- The interior is very tidy with a custom rat rod style pin striped dash. The interior trim is in great condition and has no rips or damage. nbsp;surprisingly  the truck dosent leak in bad weather.

- All exterior chrome. handles. bumpers etc are in great condition. The taillights and headlights are brand new.

- The truck was recently imported and has full Australian import approval and has full QLD L08 Compliance. so all it needs is a road worthy to be registered and on the road.

- The truck has no rust issues which is rare for pickups of this era. accept for the doors which are rusty along the bottom. but the truck comes with a set of brand new doors still in there boxes ready to be painted and put on the truck. including new window rubbers and fussies. All other areas. such as floors. running boards. rain gutters. tray etc are in good condition with NO rust.

- The truck dosent have show quality paint. it is patchy in places. but looks very cool. and is a great tidy cruiser.

- This is a perfect cruiser as is. or would be a perfect base for someone looking for a full on truck build. It is an extremely solid body and chassis. and all the hard and expensive work in terms of the chassis work. steering and brakes is already done. 1955 is a very popular year and dont come up very often. you wont get a 50's Chev pickup in this condition in Australia any cheaper than this one.
