Hi ladies and gentlemen. up for Auction/Swap is an Ultra Rare 1982 Porsche 911 Widebody Slantnose. its one of only 2 slantnose porsches available for sale in Australia (the other one is for $160. 00). they are unique rare porsches and collector items.

Its a classic car. and the last thing you want is the car breaking down. or having to take it the specialist/dealer every month or two for a $$$$ invoice  so the car had the original 915 Gearbox replaced with the ultra powerful and reliable and also very sought after Porsche G50 transaxle gearbox (reputed to handle up to 800 Horsepower engines). I am currently building a prototype custom built car. and using a G50 gearbox in it. the gearbox itself is worth around $15. 00. there is too much to talk about so let me break it into sections. first of all. check the following video to see the condition of the car and the paint

youtube. com/watch?v=Yioor_j1POQ

first lets talk aesthetically. the car is in mint condition. original paint is in great shape. no rust at all. I bought it from a guy who imported it after he saw it on a holiday in the states. he fell in love with it and decided to bring it back home. and I decided to buy it off him. this is my 2nd LHD porsche. my 2nd Classic porsche and my second Slantnose 911. its my 4th porsche and my 3rd 911. so you're buying it from someone who's seen the not so good porsches (i. e my old slantnose). when I bought this car I expected a few issues like overheating in traffic. not being able to drive more than an hour without overheating. etc. BUT NON OF THAT HAPPENED. so I was very very happy. the car has 54. XX original miles on it. its in original paint. however the red on the rims are done specifically for the car in a paintshop (but the color is matched to the body).

interior is very very clean for a car of this age (its cleaner than many 2010-2012 cars. the leather is in amazing condition. electrics work perfectly. the only downside to all of this is the aircon. as it was imported and they take the gas out. I think the compressor was removed on this one instead of taking the gas out only (I did'nt import it so would'nt know). its got an electric sunroof. and electric windows. the car has a sony CD/MP3/USB unit with a remote and massive amps in the front boot that I dont use at all. it defies the purpose of having a porsche with that sweet distinctive sound of a flat boxer 6 cylinder. but not sure about some buyers. they like that bass going on. the car has a full alarm system and is kept undercover the entire time and even undercover. its kept under a car cover as well. its a very pampered car. sure there are cheap crappy porsches out there. then there is this one. you get what you pay for. so dont tell me how my car is expensive. its a very clean porsche and a slantnose. and a low mileage car.

the car has been taken care of mechanically. serviced without expenses held back. so here are the bonuses for bidders/buyers:

1) if you're a QLD resident: it will be sold with remaining registration and a roadworthy certificate. however the car will not come with the current personalized plates shown here in the photos. it will still come with personalized plates though. red plates with white lettering: POR 82

2) if you're an interstate buyer from NSW. VIC metro areas: you will get free vehicle transport at my expense. sorry to bidders from other states or regional areas. its a little too expensive to have the vehicle transported to you. so that does'nt apply to you.

please do not send me ridiculous offers. they will be laughed at or ignored. you're not buying a commodore or a falcon. this is a proper collectors car that holds its value. turn heads everywhere and is my favorite porsche to date. and my favorite car that I've owned. I had a couple of Audi R8's but they have something missing that only a classic porsche can do for me (I'm old school that way)

if you have any questions let me know and I'll try to answer them to the best of my knowledge. good luck bidding

Hi

Saw your slantnose porsche in the web. It is kind of an old advert, is it still available? Cheers.
