1972 Rickman Zundapp 125 MX-six day trials motorcycle. this motorcycle has been stored indoors for at least 18 years. the gas was drained. tank and carb drained. I became disabled in 2001 and it was stored by me for 3 years prior to that. this motorcycle ran when bought by me but do keep in mind it has been sitting. it still has excellent compression and good spark. it does have all the scratches. dents. and dings from being raced I know both chain adjusters need replaced. it does have some broken spokes. kill switch needs replaced. petcock needs seals (works way to free) and may even need replaced but doubt it. seat needs recovered. this bike does have a Mikuni carb. and I don't think it is original ? all the fiberglass has at least a small ding or chip. tank has been repaired prior to 1998 and not by me. tank emblems are non-existent. the frame has no cracks or signs of ever being repaired. inside of tank has only minor surface rust. the inner mud guard has been replaced by what I think is a number plate I know its Preston Petty (says right on it). side stand is missing- the pivot and bolt are still there but the stand is gone (its two piece and looks like it was glued on) never seen a sidestand like this. the airbox is missing. and so is the left side engine cover. Now that I have listed every problem I can think of this is a very rare. mostly there. English bike that has survived all these years. I selected "clear" title. this is a racing bike and never titled but you don't have this for an option nor was I able to select "Rickman" or "Zundapp" or "England" too rare for Ebay. I do notice that someone on ebay has all the fiberglass parts in the right color for this bike. (if it doesn't sell. I will be buying these parts) there is more than enough to justify a full restoration on this motorcycle. I know the shipping or picking up is tough. I have about another 20 motorcycles in storage (since 1999) and am going to try and get more listed as someone may be interested in any of those it would sure help with the shipping or pick-up.
