Gorgeous Head Turning Cruiser

This is one of the nicest. cleanest. and most solid 63 Eldorados that I have come across.   It was originally in a collection from a Southern state. and has spent most of its life in temperate climates.   I have been involved in collecting these cars for roughly 35 years. and have owned this example for almost 10.  

I would put this car as a solid #2 category car.   It is an extremely nice “better than driver quality” example.   This Eldo runs and drives out very nicely. has a strong engine and drivetrain. and car that can be enjoyed every day as well as holding its own at car shows.

The paint is smooth. glossy. chip and scratch free. and the body is laser straight.   The chrome is in excellent condition and shiny and pit free. and the important and rare Eldorado stainless trim is flawless.   Originally Firefrost Silver. this car was repainted prior to my ownership in the Firefrost red that is correct for that year.   The interior has been refinished in the correct pattern using some of the original leather and a high quality vinyl.   The top and back window are in excellent condition. the car features it original pleated top boot and boot bag. and the top mechanism still has its factory finish and works well.   The Narra wood paneling is original. in excellent condition. and has not been replaced. and the car is fairly loaded. and features cruise control. AC. EZ eye glass. autronic eye. and power trunk release as options. There is no evidence of any prior rust repair. however the front floorpans have been replaced.

It is unclear the exact number of miles that are on this car. but I would assume that is has gone over once.   I will post the data plate info when I can get it off of the car this weekend.   I will also try to get some additional detailed photos.

INSPECTION

This car may be viewed at any time late Saturday the 1st or anytime through midday on the 2nd at my warehouse in NJ.   We have plenty of room for you to tire kick. and inspect indoors if the weather is bad.   Please call 917-696-4696 for an inspection.

The car is located in Maplewood New Jersey. about ½ hour from Midtown Manhattan NYC and within walking distance of the Maplewood train station.   Pickup and/or shipping arrangements are your own responsibility.

Per request. I have added a few pictures of the car with the top up. and a photo of the data plate.   As can be seen. this was fairly early in the production run of this car. making this the 251st car out of a total run of 1. 25 produced.
