I want to make it plain that we are not in the business of misrepresenting our cars like some folks do. I try to list every single thing that there is to know about the car. I am human and can miss something but I do personally inspect. drive and check-out each and every car that I put on eBay. If there is ANY problem that I can find. it will be listed. It will also be address. when possible. If you buy the car and make the required deposit. when you come to get the car. if there is an issue that I was not aware of. you will have the option to walk away and get every cent of your deposit back. Now we cannot be responsible for your transportation cost but we are not EVER going to keep a deposit if the car is not right. If you are having the car delivered. nbsp;different circumstances apply but that is covered below.  This sale is for one of the most radically powerful vehicles I have ever listed on eBay to date.  This auction is for a REALLY nice 1972 Chevrolet Nova Super Sport Yenko SSC clone. converted to aPro Street race car with only 2. 00 estimated miles since build! It has an awesome 427ci Chevrolet big block engine and a 4 speed automatic transmission with a annual shift body!!. This beautiful car is bright gloss yellow with a nice burgundy cloth interior. Thus is not a restoration. This is a 100% custom car and is a very nice example of the model. It has been featured in several national magazines. It won numerous awards across the country at regional shows and is ready to be shown in your area. This car has traveled the country by trailer. including many Florida and Arizona shows. It is more than capable of being driven to shows. as well.  The known details are listed below. This is the FIRST time this car has ever been offered for sale in the last 20 years. The owner is going through divorce has to eliminate some of his collection. which is the reason for this sale.  
Please note that the underside of the car is fully finished. just like the engine compartment with paint. polished metal. and extras. If you . absolutely have to have photos of the bottom. you will need to let me know at leats 48 hours before the end of the sale.
The exterior of this beauty is actually much better than most. It is a blazingly bright flashy gloss yellow with black Yenko strpes. The paint is awesome.  It is in excellent condition with no issues. There is absolutely no obvious damage anywhere on the entire car. The paint is great with a very high gloss and no problems. NO dings. nicks. r paint issues. dull spots. runs. nbsp;overspray or other issues. The paint has a depth that is amazing. The depth shows through in bright sunlight and it looks incredible!  This car has been protected with no expense spared. There is no evidence of ever having previous damage. It is a 427 big block V8 and the car is a blast to drive. All chrome is perfect and gleams. The car also has perfect rubber seals throughout. The door. hood and trunk window  jambs are in great shape and I have extra photos of them. if you need them. This car has a high performance 427 big block engine.  The floors are great and the engine compartment is perfect. I also have photos of those. I can only put 24 pics on eBay so if you want more. I will have to send them to you. The car has perfect condition custom chrome Boyd Coddingham (I think) wheels with black letter Mickey Thompson 33 x 22 x 15" tires. both of which give it a great look. I have found absolutely no issues with the car at all.   I did drive it to see how it was before listing it. It was great! Started easily. ran strong and handled wonderfully.   I want to emphasis that this car is NOT some hack job like you sometimes find on here. This is about as nice of an custom. high dollar hot rod that you will find unless you spend $100. 00. 00 on building one. Body seams are nice. body gaps are as they were from the factory. paint is factory perfect as is the interior. The front of the car is very clean and not chipped or nicked up from driving. The entire body is excellent.  I have several extra photos that I can send and will take others if you need them. All I ask is please don't wait until the last day or hour to ask for special photos. The car is stored in a warehouse 50 miles from me and I will not be able to get them on short notice.
I do want to point out that the paint is so glossy. the bright sunlight make some of the photos look fuzzy. It is NOT like that in person. But the glare was so strong there was not much I could do about it. This is a show winning quality car and you wil be impressed when you see it in person.
This car is fully set-up with nitrous oxide in the trunk. The system is currently not connected  but comes with all items to connect it.  
On to the interior.  This one has the totally cool and comfortable burgundy textured valour cloth interior wit yellow trim to match the exterior that is absolutely perfect!  We have had more than 500 classics and Corvettes over the last few years and this is the only one that has had these type of interior. Most cars just have the plain black but this car was done right! The dash is great with no wear. cracks or fade. It has perfect shape and has not bent like so many of them do in the center. It was made to match the exterior of the car and the rest of the interior. The interior is in great shape. Some of the photos may show the carpet to appear faded but that is not the case. It is just the camera flash glaring. The carpet is in excellent condition. The car also has original style floor mats.  Correct manual windows and locks. They all work. as well.  All the gauges work so you can monitor all of the engines activities. They are Pro-Comp Ultra Lite brand. The interior on this car is one of the things that makes it special. It is a beautiful match to the yellow exterior and has a great appearance.   And now for the mechanics. This car has enough power to scare the hell out of all your friends! It is the Chevrolet 396 bored . 60 over  to 455ci. it is balanced and blue printed by Big Machine in Wisconsin and it is connected to a built 4 speed 400 turbo automatic transmission with a manual shift body.  Many modifications have been made to include: 1/4 Stroker crank. Hydro 636 cam. Manley 12. 5:1piston. nbsp;custom oil pump. aluminum water pump. Chevy L-88 ported. polished. and CCed cast heads. It has an 850cfm Holley carb on a chrome intake.  The engine and engine compartment are of the same quality as the rest of the car. It has chrome dual exhaust and a built Detroit locker rear end. with 430 Strange gears and  35 spline axles. It has a great sounding exhaust rumble to it. It is not too loud but gets the proper attention. Again. I have numerous other photos. it has great oil pressure and no internal noise. The trans shifts well and grabs as it should. Again. this car only has 2000 estimated miles since it's build.  The engine runs like it is brand new and of course. there are no leaks or problems of any kind. The car is beautiful and ready for you to enjoy with a showpeice or investment! As mentioned above. it is fully set-up with nitrous. It comes with all hardware to connect it. (fill in the blank)? You are welcome to e-mail what you have but a few things to keep in mind. I am a dealer. I am not going to trade you even unless you are offering something that is beyond belief. We are likely well away from where you are. If you have something to offer. it will have to be seen in person and that makes it difficult. I will need detailed photos just to give it thought. I am not interested in snowmobiles. jetskis. nbsp;john boats. bass boats. ex-wives (or current ones!). or ANY type of project vehicle. I will consider items such as sports cars. large boats or items that are sellable quickly. I do not have time or the ability to deal with anything that I will have to put much effort into.  * Does this car have airbags and seatbelts?                     Yes to seatbelts and no to airbags. It does not have airbags as it was not made with any. It is not required in any state because of the age of the car.         * Will this car pass emissions in my state?                         I have no idea. I am in Kentucky and we have no emissions testing here. I have no way to test it for any state and I have no idea what your state requires. Some states make exceptions for antiques. It is 100% up to you to check on these items for yourself. If you buy the car. you buy the car. It will be your responsibilty to make it meet whatever requirements your state has. There may be no changes that need to be made since it is an antique but keep in mind that you will not be allowed to back out of the sale should you not put any effort into finding out BEFORE you bid. Please refer to the last paragraph that covers non-payment. I don't mean to sound like a jerk here but the last time I failed to mention this I had an idiot in California complaining that their 1978 VW Beetle convertible did not have a catalytic converter on it! They were not made with converters in 1978 and there is NOTHING I can do about it.  * Will you ship internationally? Yes. I will but it is your responsibility to find out the costs.  I am happy to help make the arrangements and have shipped numerous cars internationally. They really like it and want me to buy it for them.  This simplest answer to this is that you would be an idiot to buy a car like this for a teenaged driver. Not only is it too expensive to put a young person in. it is WAY to powerful and would just be plain dangerous. This is a classic vehicle and young people need to be only passengers in it. They DO NOT have the experience required to control this car. and yes. that includes your child. I don't mean to sound like an ass but I am stunned at the number of adults who write or call me when I run a car like this and want to put a teenager in. Young drivers have no idea what is involved in caring for a car like this nor the amount of money needed to keep it nice. Parents should use their heads and put junior in a Honda or Toyota and leave cars like this to experienced owners and drivers. Again. DO NOT buy this car for a young person! The car is up to par but. to be direct. your teenager is NOT!  * Do you have any documentation on this car? Some. Remember that the car has been owned by a collector for many years. Some cars we have lots of paperwork on. some very little. I do not know what we have on each and every car as we have more than 600 but whatever paperwork the builder/owner provided us and you are welcome to it.  I have numerous photos of the underside of this car and many of other sections. Do anything within reason to make sure it is the car you expect! As for the free delivery mentioned above. The details are simple. If you use the Buy It Now. I will deliver the car or truck anywhere in the mainland US for free. I may be able to include lower Canada but you must check with me on that first. There are rules that apply to importing into Canada and all taxes and tariffs will be the buyer's responsibility. If I am delivering. I solely reserve the right to decide on how the vehicle gets to your location. I may have it shipped by professional car delivery service. I may delivery on my personal trailer or I may drive tti et he car to you and fly back home. Driving it to you likely won't happen with a classic car. I will usually trailer it or ship it. If I drive one this will. of course. add a few miles but that can't be helped. Since I am paying for it. I have to consider distance. expense. time I have on hand. ect. Payment must be made IN FULL before the vehicle will leave our location. No exceptions will be made. not even to dealers!
If you are having the vehicle delivered. it is your obligation to have it inspected before it leaves here. Once it is delivered. nbsp; you no longer have the option of attempting to get compensation for anything on the vehicle. You will have about least two weeks before delivery that you can have an inspection done. We will transport the vehicle to any local shop you choose to have it inspected at your expense. However once it is paid for. you own it. Keep this is in mind. There wi be NO EXCEPTION to this rule! I try to describe our cars as best I can but there are some people you just can't please. If you expect a brand new car. don't buy a 50 year old car! An important factor that you need to know. As with any auto dealer. most cars are purchased on what is called a "floor plan". This is a line of credit that the dealer uses to buy the cars he sells. The creditor holds the title on the vehicle until it is paid for. This car is no different. When you buy it. we will send the payment to the creditor and they will send us the title. usually within a couple of days. We will then send it overnight to you. We will happily provide you a 60 day temp tag at no cost to make sure you can enjoy your car until the title arrives and you can license it. This will not be an issue if we are delivering the car. If that is the case. I will most likely have the title with me at that time. under normal circumstances. We DO hold the title to this car. free and clear.  Fees and taxes.  In most cases. taxes will be paid by the buyer in their own states. There are. however. 7 states in the US that REQUIRE that Kentucky collect their taxes. If that is the case. there will be NO EXCEPTION to that rule unless you are a licensed dealer and can prove it. In that case. the car will ONLY be transferred into the dealership name. If you are an individual in a taxable state. we will collect the tax before the car can leave here so keep that in mind. Some of those states are South Carolina. Florida. Arizona. California. Indiana and a couple of others. Nothing we can do about it. Also. Kentucky requires that we collect a $50. 00 processing fee. This is NOT an in-house fee. It goes directly to the state of KY. All buyers will pay it regardless of what state they are in. We DO NOT charge hidden. in-house fees like some dealerships on here do! That is just a way to cheat buyers out of more money and we refuse to do that garbage. I strongly suggest that buyers refuse to pay those stupid fees when they enounter them. It is just an unfair practice! If this sale is for a camper. boat or RV. nbsp;(something that one could sleep in for short or extended periods of time) some states require that we collect a fire inspection fee. If you are in one of those states. this will apply. It varys by state but in most cases. it is about $150. 00. This is ONLY for campers. RVs and boats in SOME states.  Bidding and payment terms are pretty simple as well. DO NOT bid of you have no money! These auctions are expensive and I will not allow zero or low feedback bidders to bid. If you do. I will cancel the bid and block you from bidding again.  Zero feedback is the same as negitive feedback as far as I'm concerned. I absolutely HATE to have to add this paragraph to my auctions but due to recent events. I feel I have no choice. I have lost more than $1000. 00 in eBay fees just this month due to non-paying bidders and I'm sick of it! This is not a game. I am an auto dealer and a lot of people rely on these auctions to make their living. to pay their bills and to feed their families. Not only my auctions. but lots of auctions on eBay. When I list a car. it automatically costs me $187. 90. When it sells. I send it to get ready for the buyer to pick-up. By the time it's ready to go. I will have spent $300. 00 on it. If the buyer does not pay. I have to spend another $187. 90 to relist it. This is in addition to the money I have already spent on it. So when one sells and the buyer does not pay. I will have about $700. 00 tied up in it. I am no longer going to tolerate non-payment. Understand plainly that if you win and do not pay. I will expect and demand that you will pay the full amount of the expenses that I incur in fees. Not the auto prep fees but the eBay fees. If you do not pay immediately. I WILL file suit on the matter for the full amount of the vehicle. all eBay fees. court cost and attorney's fees. I have not lost a single case in dealing with these issues. I also report to the credit bureau. Cases will be filed in Henderson County. Kentucky which will require that you travel to KY for court. Should you fail to appear. KY law (KRS 514. 040) says that I will win by default. I will utilize all options to collect the amounts owed including liens on property and payroll attachments. No excuse will be tolerated. If you make a mistake. do what's right and correct it. If your mistake costs someone money. it is your moral and legal responsibility to pay to correct it. If you don't. then it is my responsibility to protect my business. my employees and my family and collect what is owed me. I fully intend to do so. I don't want to be a jerk and this will not be an issue if everyone plays be the rules and does what they are supposed to! A note to parents: You are responsible for your children's actions.
