My BMW 118i SE was registered new on the 31st of March 2006. First registered by Mill BMW (Sunderland) for a local elderly gentleman. He would cherished his BMW and keep it in immaculate condition. Seldom driven and always garaged when not being used. In 2012 he passed away and ownership of the BMW passed to his wife. She would only drive the car on the very odd occasion. averaging less than 800 miles per year. She would continue to have the BMW serviced just the same. Due to ill health she eventually parked the BMW in the garage. She was reluctant to sell the car because of the sentimental value attached to it. Exterior Condition: The bodywork of my BMW is quite stunning. You will be hard pushed to find as much as a chip. The exterior panels and paint work is in really exceptional order. Looking down the side of the car all the panels retain a glass like finish. The japan red paint colour has retained the factory finish and looks stunning. All the door checks are immaculate and polished and the interior sill treads are unmarked. Every Panel gap is exact. The underside of my car is exceptionally clean as is the inner wheel arches.

Interior Condition: “Brand New” The only way I could describe the interior.   The cloth roof lining is perfect. The floor carpets are the same. The Anthracite Moir Cloth seat materials are perfect and show no wear at all. All the dash materials are like new. The wood is perfect and highly polished. The rear seats and foot wells have seen very little use. The passenger seat and floor area is similar. The floor carpets have been protected with factory carpet mats from new and it shows. The optional carpet over mats are like new. I can't stress enough how nice the interior is. Please see my pictures.

Boot Compartment: immaculate. dry and showing no sign of being used. The grey floor carpets are immaculate and the plastic trims are free from scuffs. The tool kit is all there including the locking wheel nut key. The first aid kit is stored in a side panel. There is excellent load space with the split folding seats up. There is huge load space with the seats folded flat.

Engine Compartment: Stunning. All the panels are free from dust and oil. The engine compartment was regularly cleaned as part of the routine maintenance. You will never see such a clean engine bay. (See my pictures).

Alloy Wheels and Tyres: All four alloy wheels are in excellent condition and still retain the factory shine. There is a tiny little blemish and that's all. Please see my pictures). All four tyres are quality branded. The rear tyres have very good tread depth. The front tyres have excellent tread depth. All tyres are in excellent condition.  

On the Road: My car drives as you would expect a well maintained very low miles BMW should. The engine has excellent power and revs freely. On the move the steering is taught and positive. The suspension is firm and comfortable. The engine runs smooth. quiet and the gears change up and down the automatic box unnoticed. The disc brakes and pads are in excellent working order. Everything is just right.

This is a really well presented BMW. I can't stress enough how nice my car is. It has the 20. Litre engine coupled to a 6 speed automatic transmission which gives relaxed cruising and excellent power (125 bhp) when needed.   The engine mechanics and all electrical options are in perfect working order. The car drives as it should.

My car needs nothing. The Mot isn't due until May 10th 2017 and a new service and complete inspection was carried out just over 100 miles ago. There is really nothing left for the new owners to do. A genuine low mileage and very well maintained BMW.
