1971 Ford Mustang

1971 ford mustang.  Fresh restoration.  Don't miss this one if you're looking for a solid great running and driving car. Restoration was just completed on 6-25 of this year. The car only has 30 miles since completed. The car still retains all its original sheet metal with The exception of the hood which I purchased during the restoration.  No patchwork.  Car was stripped to bare metal and refinished in a 2015 Chrysler color.   I have all pictures since the beginning of the restoration. All the floors were solid in the car no holes whatsoever. This was one of the most solid cars I had ever worked on. The car came originally with a 351 Cleveland which it still retains although originally it was a two barrel car and I switched it to a four barrel. Everything from the filler neck to the carburetor has been replaced and is brand-new on the fuel system. The motor was pulled  apart. looked to have been just rebuilt. replaced  the oil pump and the water pump along with all belts and hoses all new gaskets and reassembled. The car has an automatic C4 transmission. It is an original factory AC car although it retains all the original AC stuff on the inside it does not have the outside components for the AC to be functioning. Also the only other thing the car has that is incomplete is the radio. I felt there was no need in spending money on that. my intentions of this car was to restore it and sell it and I figured the new owner could put what they like in it as far as the radio. The speaker wire is up underneath the right kick panel it is ran down the rocker as it should be and the speaker wire is left under the carpet underneath the backseat for easy speaker installation. There is numerous new parts in this restoration. It has Sanderson block hugger  headers and a very nice custom exhaust with chrome tips. All of the brakes have been replaced with new hoses upfront the car has disc brakes upfront drum in the rear. Brand-new wheel and tire package has 17 inch aluminum magnum 500 type looking wheel. All brand-new interior the only thing that was not replaced in the interior was the rear seat kick panels and the dash pad which all is in excellent condition. It has a factory type fast back rear spoiler that was added along with a new chin spoiler.   As mentioned before there is numerous new parts in the restoration of this car a lot of the exterior trim is all new. Trunk floor was finished with splatter paint with a very nice truck mat that's been installed. I am a perfectionist there is a lot of attention to detail on this car you will not find a nicer freshly done solid car for this money anywhere. Car runs great and drives even better. Front end alignment was done car runs straight down the road. stops straight. very nice driving car.
