I have owned this alfa since 1974. No 1968  alfas were imported that year. The first week I owned this car I had it Ziebart protected. which is a spray material that does not harden. The undercarriage. inside doors and panels were treated with the sprayed material. From time to time I sprayed it with LP3 another rust inhibitor. As a result rust was kept to a minimum. This car does not have the rust problems found with most alfas this old. like around the windows. inside the trunk or engine bay (check the photos). The rust was mainly with the floors. leading front edges of the fenders and some on the edges of rear fenders. To help to rectify this situation you are getting 2 rear floors 1 front floor 2 outside rockers and 1 patch kit for left front fender all to be welded in by new owner. All of the stainless trim I would say is in excellent condition. All of the rubber seals around doors and windows are also very good. I used armor all pretty often. The interior as you can see from the pics is also in excellent condition but all seats need recovered and the vent window on the passenger side has a broken pin. All of the wiring is in good condition. the radio even works. Mechanical wise this is a 1600 engine which I had installed in 1979. It has not been run for quite a long time but just turn the key and it spins freely. The tranny has always been perfect shifts easily and never jumps out of any gear. The clutch pedal is pretty stiff which will need attention. One brake line needs replaced it leaks. The engine is equipped with weber carbs and there is an Ansa exhaust on it. This is a complete car as you can see from the photos there isn't anything you should need. The Jack is still in the trunk. This should be a fairly easy DIY project for someone with MIG welding experience. I have tried to be as accurate as possible as to the description of the car. Good Luck Bidding. Any Questions?
