1949 Ford F1 Pickup Project

- Up for sale I have a very cool Ford F1 pickup project.

- The pickup has a very cool washed out patina. rat rod style paint job. The body is very solid and rust free. it has small dints here and there but no major damage. All floors are solid and rust free. the cab corners. doors. window surrounds and gutters are all rust free and solid.

- The truck has original chassis rails that have been notched and plated in the rear. the leaf springs have been removed and replaced with a 4 link setup with air bags. In the front the factory I beam has been removed and replaced with an independent Jag front end with disc brakes and power rack and pinion steering also setup for air bags. This setup allows the truck to lay its running boards on the ground.

- The pickup has a set of black powder coated smoothies with Coker wide white tyres. bullet center caps and bullet wheel nuts.

- The pickup currently has a later model V6 Chevrolet engine and automatic transmission. The engine is complete but is not running and the condition is unknown.

- The interior of the pickup is original. the factory bench seat needs retrimed and is currently shrink-wrapped. the pickup still has the factory fuel tank behind the seat in the cab.

- The pickup comes with brand new side glass. rear glass and quarter light glass. It also comes with new rear window rubber. window felt set and quarter light seals.

- The truck also has a brand new chrome front bumper.

- The truck has Australian import approval and is being sold in an as is where is condition. All deposits are non refundable.

- The truck is located on the Gold Coast QLD. happy to assist with shipping nation wide at buyer's expense.
