Alfa Romeo : GTV GTV

This is a very special GTV. The car is very original. and has had an older repaint. The RED repaint is still quite good. But has a couple of minor nicks (which I point out in the pics). the  original black leather interior looks AMAZING with a mild patina.

Under the bonnet is her original 2. 0-liter inline four-cylinder engine with the Spica fuel injection system. The engine is well sorted. and runs well.   The 5 speed transmission is excellent and the car runs and drives just as she should. The total mileage indicated on its odometer is only 58. 83 and given the condition of the undercarriage. the spare tire well. and the way it runs and drives. there is no reason to doubt this mileage.

It runs and drives beautifully!  The 2 Liter 4- cylinder engine has great power and torque and the transmission shifts well; the synchros are excellent and she shifts precisely and smoothly. The brakes are strong and smooth and the car stops straight. Steering is excellent. tight and direct. These cars are very well balanced and a lot of fun…the definition of a pure sports car.

The fit of the hood. trunk and doors on the car lines up beautifully. and the doors still open and close like the car did when it was brand new. The car runs and drives absolutely fantastic. It fires right up and the throttle is extremely responsive. the brakes are powerful and has a firm pedal. the suspension is very tight.

This car actually pulls very strongly and is quite quick. The grill is in excellent shape as is the rest of the bright work.   This car has a spectacular look that grabs everyone's attention. These cars have a great sound that only an Alfa can make and makes the car a blast to drive. These are great cars to go for a quick blast down the road or for a nice scenic drive. This car feels like a new car!!! This is the last year of the desirable GTV and values are quickly going up. Alfas only seem to be getting more and more sought after. and sale prices keep climbing.

Classic Alfa Romeos are getting more and more collectible and are quickly on the rise. Clean GTVs are VERY difficult to find. The Alfa GTV is a much appreciated model due to beautiful design. race car prowess and they are actually inexpensive to maintain. This is a great opportunity to own a very nice example of Alfas beautiful GTV. Lots of love. attention to detail and money have been poured into this car. This car earns lots of thumbs up everywhere you go and is a pleasure to drive. It would make a great addition to any collection or a weekend show piece.
