1966 Chevy Nova SSor1966 Pontiac Canso

Body: Over $25. 00. 00 in parts and labor have been invested not including the initial cost of the car. All work was done by a professional hot rod builder to a high standard. Work done includes the body being mini tubbed 3 1/4 inches using a second set of new inner fenders to suit a pro-touring setup. but to remain stock in appearance. The body was on a rotisserie and braced when the old panels were removed it was then media blasted before the new metal work was done. At that point new quarters. new floor pan (SS with automatic shifter plate). new trunk floor. new door skins. new fenders. trunk lid. new tail panel and rocker panels were installed. Many miscellaneous parts are powder coated and cadmium plated. The car comes with all glass. front bumper. grill. heater controls and assembly and much more. The Heidts sub-frame seen in the pictures is not included and not available. there is no hood and as it was intended for a Heidts sub-frame and four link the front inner fenders are gone.  
History: This car started as a 1966 Pontiac Acadian which is identical in every way to a Chevy Nova except the grill. tail light lenses and emblems.   
Over All: If you are restoring a Nova why not start with a body that is. for the most part brand new. You will save thousands in time and labor and end up with a car that is far better than one that is a repaired rust bucket.
Reason for Selling: I have a sizable collection of cars and projects and have reached the age that I have decided to downsize.
Location: The car is located in Victoria British Columbia a few hours from the Washington border. I can help find a shipper and help with the paperwork if the car is being shipped to the US  as I am familiar with the process. but I will only do this for the winning bidder as it takes a lot of calls and emails to get the best price. I can also arrange for overseas shipment. If the winning bidder is from the US I can have to car shipped to Seattle Washington (at the buyers cost) if that is a more convenient pickup location. The body can be crated and is now on a dolly for easy moving. I estimate the total weight to be about 1200 pounds.
