EXTERIOR
The 944 continues to prosper through a sustained marriage of both style and substance. particularly with this example resplendent in Tahoe Blue metallic. The paintwork has a delightfully consistent hue throughout. with only a dusting of stone chips to the lower valance and a small touch in to the top of the boot to report. The bonnet. wings and doors all line up as they should. with excellent panel fit and finish whilst the hood has been recently replaced. Trims. rubbers and plastics retain excellent original integrity with lights free of cracks or moisture. With such a colour rarely seen on any Porsche. the blue metallic shimmers beautifully under both studio and natural light.

INTERIOR
The piped linen leatherette compliments the exterior wonderfully well. with dark blue carpets again offering layers in the cabin to balance the aesthetic. The seats retain excellent comfort and support having been subject to a full refurbishment. whilst pleasingly all carpets and gearbox surround are free from any unsightly marks or stains. The new electric hood operates smoothly and without fuss whilst a more modern JVC / USB head unit contributes to in-car entertainment.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
Engine and drivetrain are both in fine fettle after a rich history of main agent service history. Ignition is without hesitation and the car settles to a steady idle. with clutch and engagement positive and smooth. Having been subject to a major service with a new timing chain. water pump and cambelt less than 1. 00 miles ago the car is mechanically up-to-date. As for the engine bay itself. presentation is similar to both exterior and interior; very clean. very tidy and with no signs of abuse.

WHEELS. TYRES & BRAKES
The series 90 wheels are beautiful in their simplicity with this set fully refurbished. unmarked and wrapped in excellent Pirelli rubber all round. The braking system had an overhaul in 2013 with Porsche Centre Bournemouth. whilst a full alignment in July of last year ensures that the the car feels tight and true.

HISTORY FILE
Supplied new to Heddell and Deeks in 1990. this S2 stayed with it's original owner on the south coast right up until 2013. As such. the service file is packed with paperwork from the supplying dealer and Porsche Centre Bournemouth alongside a fully stamped service book. With over 35 main dealer invoices gracing the service history file there is no doubt this must be one of the best maintained 944s currently available and with a recent major service including belts with marque specialist Gmund cars. this 944 is in excellent health and ready to be enjoyed over the summer months.
