Very regretful sale of my 1973 Datsun 1200 Coupe. I now have 3 project Datsuns and will never have the time or money to give this gem the restoration it deserves. I am very sad to see it go but i need the funds. Please come and inspect this car and take it for a drive before bidding. There are many pros and cons and details im happy to share with anyone interested so please send me questions before bidding. Send me a message and ill provide my mobile number for any inquiries or extra photos. *The car has current full registration until Nov 15 and is in full running driving condition passed rwc 14 months ago - buyer would be able to drive this home as i have driven it weekly for over a year. *The car is in fair condition and is complete with all interior. exterior badges and chrome. Everything works. all lights. horn. seat belts and latches etc. Has a gx wheel but can swap it back to the original wheel if preferred. All 3 seats are torn and will need recovering. Headliner is quite good. *Was originally automatic but swapped to 56A 4 speed manual in january. Still running the original motor. which runs very well no smoke and an easy cold starter. 2nd and 3rd gears are noisy. i have a spare 56A if required. *The car is rust free except those two 10c piece sized bubbles in each door (pictured) and a 5c piece sized bubble in the lower left guard. The panels and guards are original. The rising sun paint was to seal the primer off from the weather. *The car does have various dings dents and blemishes. the paint is quite thin and it will need new paint in order to be restored. Worst damage is pictured on the right rear quarter panel. *Japanese Dunlop TE rims (14x6. 5) are included with all 4 tires only a few months old. I can make a price adjustment if buyer prefers the 12"stock rims with hubcaps. *The front springs have been replaced with 30mm lowered king springs. Brakes and rotors are good. Lenses are all good and the boot trim plastic is in really good condition. Dash has only the one crack as pictured. *There is no stereo or speakers. were removed due to faults and haven't been replaced. Most of the rubbers have been replaced except windshields. *Please throw your questions and concerns my way. i prefer not to use paypal unless the buyer covers the fees i am also open to discussing delivery/ transport of the car to other areas.
