WE SPECIALIZE IN MUSTANGS

 This is one of the Nicest UN-RESTORED 1965 Mustang Convertibles I have seen in a real long Time. 2 Owner Car. everything appears to be outstanding except for a poor Paint job which was done in the late 90's to cover up a red paint job the 2nd owners son had done to be cool.
History as I was told. absolutely no proof . Car was bought from the Original owner in the early 80's was Original white paint. Car was driven until it was pasted down to the high school age son. mid 80's who painted it red. After High School Dad took it back had a new right rear Quarter put on it from a dent and repainted it white with a blue stripe. In the late 2000 the engine was rebuilt and a T5 5 speed Tremec was installed to replace the original top loader. Cars has approx 30. 00 miles on the rebuild. runs and drives great.

California Car No rust. Solid floors and no repairs. Paint is 20 25 years old it is not perfect by no means. but it is shinny and driver quality. Interior is real Nice. AM FM CD with Aux Radio. New Carpet. New Front seats Original Rear. New Convertible Top. New Dual Exhaust.

This car is a Survivor. Could use a restoration. but it is also a very nice Daily Driver.

This Convertibles Options include. 289 Engine. 5 Speed Transmission and Dual Exhaust. Manual Top. Manual Steering and Manual Brakes.
New Tires

Paint is in Shiny but poor Condition. Interior is real Nice. New Carpet. Front seat covers. Back seat is Original. Top is newer and very Nice.

The Vehicle is being Sold by a Licensed State of California Dealer (California Classics & Collectibles Inc. ). all California DMV laws apply.

Terms of Auction:   A licensed state of California dealer is selling the vehicle. All California DMV laws apply. Any California buyer must pay local     sales tax and licensing fees. All out of state Buyers will incur no Additional Fee's unless they want it titled in California then you will incur a $100. 00 Documentation fee which will cover issuing a California Title in your name upon receipt of full payment. This Title will be issued  by California DMV. and takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks. We as the selling     Dealer will provide to you a validated copy of the DMV paper work to show Proof of Ownership and all other supporting Documentation.     Buyer will pay for transportation. Upon request. seller  will assist in arranging for transportation per buyer's request.   The vehicle is available for inspection prior to bidding by  appointment. Viewing and physical inspection are strongly recommended to avoid any misunderstandings. Email or call to arrange viewing appointments at your convenience.   Shipping cost can only be estimated at the time of the auction. Prices vary due to fuel cost and supply and demand. Estimated  Enclosed shipping to the east coast at this time is $900 to $1850. Shipping  Pick up can take up to 14 days due to scheduling of trucks. You can arrange     or I can assist.   All sales are final. Buyer is purchasing this vehicle AS IS with no warranties other than those listed above. Seller  specifically disclaims the warranty of merchantability. Buyer has had the opportunity to view and inspect the vehicle and ask any and all  questions.   This transaction is governed by California law.   Any disputes related to this transaction will be handled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in San Diego County. California.   The prevailing party in any arbitration or litigation is entitled to recover reasonable attorneys fees and reimbursement of costs of arbitration or litigation.   Payment Terms:      Payment must be made by Cashiers Check. Money Orders or  Wire Transfers payable in U. S. Dollars.     A deposit in the amount of twenty percent (20%) must be  received within three (3) business days of the auctions close.     Final payment must be received within seven (7) business days of the auction close.     Once the payment has been received . Seller will forward by Express Mail all Contracts and DMV forms for the Buyer to sign and       return via Express Mail. The forms must be returned to the Seller prior to the shipment per California DMV laws. Once we have received all the Documents back we will go to DMV and get a California title Issued in your Name and forward all document back to you.       Transportation will be arranged only after final payment is received.
