1968 XT Falcon V8 Auto LPG Matching Numbers ALL NEW Running Gear Zircon Green in Narre Warren, VIC

Rare 1968 XT Falcon 500. Matching Numbers Car in Zircon Green.
I have slowly been rebuilding this car over the last few years with no expense spared using only the best new parts.
All Running gear is new. All Steering. Suspension. Brakes & Electrics are new.
The engine (original matching no's 302 windsor) has been fully rebuilt by Blackwell Racing Engines and has a Scat 347 stroker crank and rods with Speed Pro 30 thou over Hypo pistons. fully balanced and blueprinted. All bolts are ARP. Oil pump is Mellings high volume. Sump is a custom made unit with windage tray and crank scraper and holds 7 litres.
Billet Cam is from Wades and has a nice streetable GTHO Phase 3 Grind with great power from 1500 to 6000 RPM. Heads are rebuilt GT40 with Manley stainless valves and Crane dual HP springs and Crane Street Roller Rockers.
Uptop is a Edelbrock Performer Manifold with a Holley baseplate attached to a Impco 425 LPG Mixer. Distributor is a Scorcher Electronic ReGraphed for LPG with a HP Scorcher Coil and 9mm Spiral Wound Stainless Leads and NGK Iridium plugs. Extractors are 4 into 2 into 1 with a 2 1/2 single system. Radiator is Triple core Alloy with Davis Craig thermo fan and Davis Craig Electric Water pump and Controller. (works fantastically) Runs at 85 deg in any weather.
Flex Plate is Scat with ARP bolts and a PRO CONVERTORS 2500 RPM Stall. C10 Auto was rebuilt and toughened by PRO AUTOMATICS with a stage 2 shift kit (drives fully Auto or manual).
Shifter is B&M RHD Mega shifter.
Diff is Std BW with a new G&J DIFFS 4 pinion LSD with 3. 25 Gears.
Brakes are Hopper Stoppers XF slotted Ventilated fronts with Alloy Calipers and rear Discs are slotted solids with Alloy Calipers. Master Cylinder and booster is XY Falcon adapted to the XT firewall and std pedal box. I also fitted a Willwood Front to Rear Bias Valve.
Starter motor is new Gear Reduction unit and Alternator is new and all wiring in the engine bay has been re-wired.
Dashboard has been rebuilt with extra gauges and the dash pad and seats have been re-upholstered. All 4 arm rests are new.
This XT needs finishing off with a paint job and some minor rust removal from the door bottoms . there is no structural rust that i can see. head lining and carpet are very ratty but this car can be driven as is or would be an easy car to finish off. The only roadworthy item that needs doing is the LPG tank is out of date. so that would need testing and re-stamping. otherwise the car should pass a Road Worthy Certificate as is.
