The 1964 the Thunderbird was restyled in favor of a more squared-off. "formal" look. The Thunderbird remained the leader of the market segment. The revised model was initially offered as a hardtop. a convertible. or Landau. The 1964 Thunderbird was the only car to have the word 'Thunderbird' on the front hood instead of the image of the Thunderbird.

This particular car is a wonderful example that is in great running and driving condition with no known issues. The body is clean and rust free with a beautiful red interior. Car drives amazingly. smooth as could be down the road. Car was purchased 3 years ago and at that time a new top was put on as well a new muffler and all new tires. Within the past month a new battery has been installed. Custom AM/FM stereo has been installed with unique controls that are mounted in center of the steering wheel and is MP3 player equipped. Not much negative on this one. it's all here. You do have a few scratches (see pictures) on right rear 1/4. right rear lower 1/4 and the lip edge on the right front fender as well left rear 1/4 all small and touched up with not much effort.
