New Aldridge Mexico Front Door Cards
No Rear Door Cards are fitted at the moment as the Aldridge one's that I bought New don't seem to line up. I have contacted Aldridge about this & they say they will sort the problem out but it means a trip to their Workshop which is a 2 1/2 Hour (1 way) Drive for me. So it may be easier for the New Owner to do this.
I have recently fitted New Soundproofing to the Front Doors & the Rear of the Car as you can see in 1 of the Photos. This has Improved the Ride immensely. It is so much quieter now!New Door Seals were fitted approx 4 Months agoNew Inner Window Seals fitted 1 Month ago
The Centre Console & Dash are from a RS 2000
The Seats are in Amazing Condition & have been re-trimmed using the Correct Period Beta Cloth.

This is a Mexico & says as much on the V5. Colour on the V5 is stated as Red.
It is NOT a low owner Original Shell Car however!
I'm the 17th Owner.
This Car was Built from a Service Shell in 2008.
The Original Mexico Shell was sent for Ball Bead Blasting but the Company that did it Ruined the Shell!! So this Shell was sourced & the Original Builder had it Acid Dipped & Electroplated before being Painted by Escort Tec.
I bought the Car on the 11/03/2012.
I'm the 4th Owner since the Original Builder of the Car. He very rarely used it & I believe he attended 2 Shows in it & the other 2 owners we're collectors & basically just stored the Car in Carcoons. The Car had done approx 600 Miles since it was built in 2008 to the day that I purchased it. I did approx 3000 Miles in it in a Year!

It won Concours in Novice Class at Santa Pod last Year (2012)
It could easily be a Full Concours Car with a bit of detailing (underneath) but I like to Drive my Cars so this was not a top priority for me.
The Car is very well know in the RSOC
Although Not Original this is One of the Best Mexico's around!

This Car really needs to be seen before you start bidding on it!
I have set what I feel is a reasonable Reserve for a Car of this Quality & it doesn't begin with a '3' or Higher!!

I do have a Pair of Bucket Seats which are Copies of the Original Seats that were in the 'Original' Ford Sales Brochures. see Photos below. These will be offered for sale with the Car @ Extra Cost to be negotiated if they're required by the New Owner.
