Great Classic Off-Roader

This garage-kept 1981 Jeep CJ8 Scrambler is a beauty. It runs strong and. with its MOPAR Fuel Injection. it is a very capable off-roader. A great combination of sturdy stock equipment and nicely matched after-market components. this one's a real head-turner and a super fun toy! Manufactured between 1981 and 1986. there were only 26. 00 of these Scramblers produced. They are pretty scarce. and Scramblers this nice are rarely seen.

All new gauges installed (and odometer zeroed) in 2010. Stock odometer read 13. 59 at that time. This is NOT a frame-off restoration. but it IS a great-looking and performing classic Jeep that will provide plenty of enjoyment. Paint is not perfect. but still looks good. No body dents or dings--only very minor surface scratching typical for off-road vehicles. Straight frame. no rust. no accidents. Tracks and handles quite well. Current (very dark limo-style) window tint might need to be replaced with lighter tint in some jurisdictions.  
I've put a lot of time and money into this baby. and I hate to see her go--but life interferes sometimes and it's time she had a new home.

Upon my receipt of returned signed preliminary sales documents and bank-confirmed receipt of final payment. I will FedEx to buyer final sales documents and signed vehicle title.
Vehicle is available for pick up only. Buyer is solely responsible for vehicle's transport from seller's location. Vehicle to be picked up at a mutually agreed location within zip code 88030 (Deming. New Mexico area). I will meet buyer or buyer's duly authorized transport representative at designated location and provide vehicle keys. Vehicle must be picked up within 10 calendar days of my receipt of final payment. NOTE: While it is not terribly heavy. this vehicle is too tall for typical enclosed transport trailers. Transport via flatbed trailer or via professional 18-wheeler dedicated vehicle transport is advised.
