This car comes with the used vehicle report required by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation.  It shows that I am the 11th owner.  The car was restored by the previous owner.  I was given the stack of receipts for everything that was refurbished/replaced.  I have owned this car for 3 years and have rebuilt the differential. replaced the power steering control valve. steering gear and rebuilt the steering shaft.   Almost everything has been replaced on this car and really is a great looking. running and driving fun car.  A very inexpensive way to drive an American icon.
