Mini Clubman 1275 (Bored to 1380cc) GT. 1980.

This car has been a project and a complete rebuild for the last three years.

The car has been completely rebuilt in every aspect and cost us over £11. 00 in parts alone as all of the work has been completed in our garage by myself and my partner.

Taxed until 31st July 2013 and  MOT until May 2013. LOG book and all receipts for every aspect of the work done- quite a big pile!! Excellent runner and practically a brand new car!

Originally 1275. has been bored out to a 1380cc

13x7 deep dish split rim mini light alloys in matt black with new yokohama tyres all round new wheels

new locking nuts and centre caps

Wheels have new front and rear bearings and front hubs have new knuckle joints both sides top and bottom.

new front and rear lights and indicators. front lights with easly interchangeable bulbs

sun roof

custom made bonnet with air feed for twin carbs

new chrome aerial and wiper blades and arms

full new exhaust system 2" twin DTM stainless steel back box

sub frames have all been sandblasted and painted with new bushes throughout

new hand brake cable

mini two pot brake calipers with drilled and grooved disks with green stuff pads. calipers painted red and drums.

custom made sump guard made in stainless steel 3mm thick.

The car was stripped to bare metal. Full edge primer and full respray in yellow and white roof. resprayed roll cage and complete underseal as shown in pictures on the ramp. fully seam sealed and full waxoyl also.

As the car was in a state when we got it we changed most of the panels. these included- both A-panels. both sides door step including A posts. inner A post strengheners both sides. new sills. inner sills. new floor pan both sides. new quarter panels both sides. both sides bottom door skins. new boot lid. new boot floor with battery box. new rear inner wheel arches. refurbished back panels under window downwards. new rear valance. custom built roll cage.   Front wings were stripped and refurbished.

All new panels bought were original heritage panels.

1357 miles from the rebuild as we had to buy a different speedo clock. nbsp; previously 57. 28 miles and have picture of orginal mileage.
