1968 Chevrolet Camaro RS

That is going under a complete restoration. The body of this vehicle has been media blasted. the floor pans and fire wall have been completely stripped. etch primed. epoxied. and ready for final coat of paint. The rear corner panels were replaced some years ago. there is ABSOLUTLY no rust on this vehicle. Minor body work will need to be completed before top coat of paint. The sub frame. as seen in pictures. has been completely disassembled and all suspension components have been powder coated along with the original 12 bolt rear end. All components are new or refurbished. The original 327 is fresh with original forged steel crank shaft. Forged pistons. rods and all new roller rockers. Heads contain manly valves and a very healthy comp cam valve train. The engine has been broken in with approx. 1 hour of break in time. The transmission has been completely gone through with new bearings. seals. and syncros. The flywheel is aluminum with brand new center force clutch. I also have all new hideaway headlamps components. A new rebuilt tilt column. Also I have a complete magnaflow exhaust system. The car does have the LUX interior and many new components to finish restoration. This is an easy project car and close to 30k has been spent on this vehicle.
