The car is reported to have only some 99K original miles by its previous owner and the car is a great unrestored 'barn find' virtually all stock example of a great daily driving rust free and very rare 2 door fixed head coupe! The floor boards and all the typical rust-prone areas are solid and rust-free and the car has no signs of any accidents with a very straight body with only some very minor dents and dings. It's original 'Cream' color paint is in very fair condition. but certainly with some imperfections. and although the car looks extremely impressive with an original black interior which is complete and mostly all original with the door panels. headliner. dashboard and carpets all in very good condition. the car should probably be best considered as a great driving project needing restoration for an enthusiast. The car has chrome wire 'knock-off' wheels and it's original spare wheel and jack located in the trunk.

The Series II XKE E-Type Jaguar was only built between the years 1969-71 and there were only 4. 55 of these highly desirable FHC (Fixed Head Coupes) built. they are therefore far rarer than the 8. 28 OTS (Open Two Seaters) built or the 5. 26 Longer Wheel Base (9") and far less desirable 2+2 coupes. It is noteworthy that in the final Series III incarnation of the model there were no FHC built at all but some 7. 90 OTS and 7. 97 2+2's. Therefore the Series II FHC Coupes are some of the rarest and most collectible E-Type Jaguars available of this legendary marque.
