You are bidding on a 1946 Ford Pickup Rat Rod.   This is a street legal licensed Hot Rod that was formerly a Drag Racing Truck.   It is powered by a Chevy 350 V8 that was removed from a 4 wheel drive truck.   The engine is a GM Goodwrench factory replacement engine with only 27. 00 miles.   I have paperwork on the engine from when it was replaced.   It is all stock with the exception of the carburetor and the headers and runs great. does not leak. smoke or use oil.   The transmission is an aluminum Muncie 4 speed with a Hurst shifter that was removed from a '71 Camaro Z28 years ago and has been stored until it was placed in this truck.   It has a 35 lb. Zoom flywheel. perfection clutch disc and Zoom pressure plate and a one piece blowproof bellhousing with block saver plate.   The rear end is from an S-10.   The body has rust but is easily repairable if you want to restore it.   The bed has been shortened.   It has new 15 x 4 rally wheels in the front and 10" x 15 American Racing wheels in the rear with new  31 x 14. 50 - 15LT Mickey Thompson ET Street (street legal) slicks.   The engine is cooled by a new 3 core aluminum radiator and a 14" electric pusher fan.   The brakes have been upgraded to Wilwood 4 piston calipers and 10 1/2" discs in the front and has a dual master cylinder with a metering/proportioning valve from an El Camino.   Runs and drives good but does ride rough due to the Model A straight front axle and transverse leaf spring with original Houdaille shock absorbers .   It has a custom coilover rear suspension.   The headlights have been upgraded to halogen and the turn signals are LED.   It has a new tinted windshield & gasket (no wiper).   The driver's door has glass but has a crack that adds patina.   The passenger door has no glass. regulator. or handle (a secure latch has been installed.   The rear window is 1/4" acrylic with a new gasket.   The seats are custom bombers bolted to adjustable sliders and has retractable seat belts with built-in shoulder/chest restraint. It has a vintage steering wheel with racing style quick disconnect.   There is currently no exhaust (open headers).   The mileage is not correct (the speedometer is currently not hooked up  only needs a cable installed).   The front tires have good tread but are old.   The battery is a new 650 CCA top post and is concealed in the antique cooler in the bed and a spun aluminum gas tank  This truck has never been raced with this setup. strictly street driven to shows and cruises.   Email any questions or offers (Iwill take $1500. 00 less without the bellhousing. clutch. and 4 speed transmission).   A $500 deposit is due within 3 days of the end of the auction with the balance within 10 days or upon pickup.   Clear Kentucky Title in hand.
