Seller's notes: This car has been in the same family since 1972. It was purchased from the then Criterion Garages in Southampton.In 2006 / 2007 the car was refurbished, reconditioned engine, new transmission, wheels shot blasted and powder coated, new roof lining, complete respray. The car was converted from LHS fluid to LHM. The car has 103,000 on the clock but has only covered 20,000 since engine refurbishment in 2006. This Citroen would benefit from a new total respray, paint has come away from the roof sill (roof does not leak), and some lacquer has lifted, a few rust spots around the vehicle. Car has recently been valued by the Chairman of the D Section of the Citroen Car Club at £9,500 as it stands.I have adjusted the asking price to reflect the amount of work that needs completing to get it back on the road. These Slough built Citroen's are becoming increasingly rare, here we have a basis of a very good car should somebody like to invest some money and time.

This car has been in the same family since 1972. It was purchased from the then Criterion Garages in Southampton. In 2006 / 2007 the car was refurbished. reconditioned engine. new transmission. wheels shot blasted and powder coated. new roof lining. complete respray.  
The car was converted from LHS fluid to LHM.  
The car has 103. 00 on the clock but has only covered 20. 00 since engine refurbishment in 2006.

These Slough built Citroen's are becoming increasingly rare. here we have the basis of a very good car should somebody like to invest some money and time.
The car would benefit from a total respray. new door bottoms on at least two of the doors. the head gasket has failed so this would have to be replaced. a small amount of welding near to the drivers side rear bumper mount. the drivers side rear suspension boot has an intermittent leak as well.
The engines fine when running.
The car would have to be low loaded away.
