F100 1979 in Korumburra, VIC

Here we have a very nice F100 Cab Chassis with Alcan Aluminium drop side tray in excellent condition.
I Was Told that the one previous owner used her to cart aluminium cans to Melbourne and so she has had an easy life.
351 cleveland and 4 speed new process gearbox with nine inch limited slip diff from factory.
I bought this as a project but wish to move it along to start another.
I have prepared this truck for roadworthy and believe that it is now ready for test. if it dosnt sell for my price I will roadworthy it and register and increase price accordingly.
Cab was rustproofed from new and is not rusty ( see Photos) when I removed rubber mat there was just slight surface where feet had rubbed through floor mat. now treated and painted basically fantastic condition.
Seat original and quite good rest of interior excellent including dashpad.
Windscreen is excellent .
Removed foot controlled washers and fitted electric. works from windscreen wiper switch.
Recent major works. :
New Carter Fuel pump and filter.
Oil and filter plus air filter.
Coolant flush. new top and bottom hoses and new coolant. other hoses fine.
New front brake hoses. discs and pads look on size and brake fluid flush. New Master cylinder. rear brakes checked rear wheel cylinders good and shoes well above roadworthy.
I beam pivots and Kingpins all feel good and greased.
New Chassis control rod bushes fitted;
New draglink and tie rods fitted.
Steering box repacked with correct semifluid steering box grease.
Front wheel bearings adjusted and greased all ok.
New extension housing seal on gearbox. univerals all checked and greased.
Centre bearing cleaned and repacked all ok.
Diff oil checked topped up. pinion seal not leaking.
Rear axle seals checked and not leaking.
Driveline is tight at these easy kays. all gears are great and no driveline slack or noises.
Reverse light switch works .
New Headlight and two new surrounds.
New fitted carpet and underlay.
All wheels including spare cleaned and painted.
Tyres all excellent.
Heavy duty towbar.
Most of chassis cleaned and fishoiled.
Gas system is all there and working. tank has been removed for testing. can rig up to bottle to test if you want.
Auxillary sockets fitted for phone and Gps.
All lights work in and out.
This is one great truck Ideal for enthusiast or tractor days as looks fantastic.
Drive around Australia . Yes .
Negatives:
Outside has been repainted ( not by me) and while looks really great. on close inspection has imperfections and bubble on roof. from poor preparation i guess . most wouldnt notice this.
Needs tailpipe.
Needs guard badges.
Drives very smooth and quite.

Dont bother with silly offers be prepared to pay before you come and waste your time and mine.
