UP FOR BID IS A 1971 CHEVELLE SS 454 LS5 AIR CONDITION CAR TRIPLE BLACK . I DO HAVE A PARTIAL BUILD SHEET . THIS CAR WAS FOUND IN A GARAGE WITH THE MOTOR OUT AND ON A STAND  COMPLETE CARB TO OIL PAN . THE GENTLEMAN WHO OWNED IT PASSED AWAY . AND I WAS ASKED TO PUT THE MOTOR IN AND GET IT RUNNING AND DRIVING . AND THEN SELL IT . SO WHEN I RECEIVED THE CAR I DID JUST WHAT I WAS ASKED TO DO . I HAVE GONE THROUGH THE CAR AND FOUND A HALF A BROADCAST SHEET  . ALSO THIS CAR WAS REPAINTED YEARS AGO AND COULD BE A DRIVER OR GET A FULL RESTORATION THE PAINT IS BUBBLING IN SOME SPOTS SHOWN IN PICTURES . AND THE ROOF HAS SOME BUBBLING UNDER THE VINYL ROOF . BY ALL MEANS IT IS NOT PERFECT . BUT IT IS ALL THERE .  
 IT IS A LS5 454 ENGINE NOT THE NUMBERS MATCH . IT IS A TRUE COWL INDUCTION CAR IT HAS A LIMITED SLIP 373 REAR . AND IT IS A AIR CONDITION CAR . AND A RARE ONE AT THAT !!!!! I HAVE DRIVEN THIS CAR AROUND TOWN AND ON THE HIGHWAY IT DRIVES SMOOTH AND STRAIGHT . THE BRAKES ARE NEW AND THE TIRES HAVE ABOUT 80 % LIFE LEFT . ALSO IT DOES HAVE THE 5500 RED LINE TACK . AND THE A/C IS COMPLETE BUT NOT FULL .

Would you be willing to sit on it for a bit longer until I can gather the $? Little bit of a backstory I grew up in Illinois. In high school I had a friend named Quinn... I was going to buy a 1971 Chevelle from him (sadly Quinn and his sister died in that car). and I have never stopped wanting that car, now 48 and working for myself. The only other one I've seen that I want is all the way in Fort Worth Texas and there's an issue with it running hot..
