1939 Chevrolet Two Door Sedan Master Deluxe

You are viewing a very cool sedan that was an original early 70's build.   The car was redone starting in 98 and finished in 2008 reflecting what the car looks like today.   The car was bought in 2007 with further additions as stated below.

Please read on for more particulars of the car:

Body/Paint:  All original steel except rear fenders. which are fiberglass.   The running boards have been replaced with aftermarket steel.   The body is in excellent condition with only a couple of small dings in the passenger side running board.   The paint is Torch red single stage enamel and was done in 2004.   Excellent condition with a few small chips. but very presentable and shows well.   Very tasteful pin stripping.    

Interior:  Black tuck and roll in very nice condition.   Very comfortable.   Power steering and Power brakes with AC and works great.   Gauges include Speedo. mini tach. fuel. volts. temp and oil pressure.   Single CD player with 2 speakers.   Radio works. but has reception issues.        

Running Gear:  Engine is a GM 350 crate installed in 98 with approximately 15K miles or less.   8. 5 to 1 with mild cam.   300 hp or so and runs excellent.   Aluminum intake with Edelbrock 650 cfm carb.   100 amp one wire alternator. regular fan with pusher fan as well. which is auto controlled. Rarely used the engine runs cool.   HEI distributor and ceramic coated headers.   The trans is a TH400 stock and has been rebuilt.   The rear end is a 79 Olds Cutless 8. 5 8 bolt with 289 hiway gears.     

Suspension:  Stock with exception of the added front power rack and pinion.  

Brakes:  Power disc up front with stock drum on the rear.  

Exhaust:  2 ½ exhaust pipes with glass packs.   Sounds soft and perfect for a Street Rod.     

Bright work:  Original stainless in either excellent original condition or rechromed.   Shows nice.     

Glass:  All glass has been replaced except the wing windows. which show slight delamination. but very presentable.  

Wheels/Tires:  Newer tires with lots of rubber.   Rally wheels. caps and beauty rings. 15 inch.  

Work done since 2007:  Walker radiator. Chassis Engineering rear springs. power rack and pinion front suspension. Vintage AC. Painless wiring entire car. Classic Instruments gauge pack. Lokar shifter. E brake. throttle cable. intake and carb and new HEI distributor.   Also. front seat were completely redone.   This was all done in 2008.
