1978 MERCEDES BENZ UNIMOG 416 DOKA CREWCAB. BEST 4X4 EVER MADE MUST BE SEEN NO R for sale

This very rare UNIMOG with crew cab will go anywhere. and seat 5 large adults with ease! Will do a 60º up and down slope and a 38º side slope. Has a 32" fording depth. 18" bottom of diff. ground clearance.
Top speed right now is about 55 MPH. but with different gearing and tires you can get the truck up to 75 MPH. I drive one just about everyday and get about 15 MPG on standard diesel fuel. There are dozens and dozens of attachments and implements that can be used on these trucks. Do some internet search's to find out more about these great trucks.
This 416 DOKA has only 2481 hours on a factory rebuilt 5. 7 L inline six Diesel motor dated 1995. and set to 125 HP. Has a six speed transmission. standard axles. the larger dump box with steel floor. Has shift on the fly 2 WD. 4 WD and full 4 wheel lock. The axles have built in air lockers. and the on board air system can be used to fill tires and run air tools. Right now it does not have the optional hydraulics or PTO's. But I have all parts to add if you wanted to. Runs and drives great with 200 k+KM on the speedo. This would be a wonderful work truck as it is. or perfect for restoration. Has some rust along the bed sides in the box. and in the drip rails and front corners. but floors and rest of cab is solid. A very easy repair and repaint is all that is needed.
Chassis is solid with many new parts on it already. This is the perfect "Bug out" truck as it will run on Diesel. home heating oil. Bio-diesel. and WVO and gets about 15 MPG. Will pull 20 tons and is set up for trailers with air brakes. There are about 150 different attachments made for these trucks. from snow plows blowers. brooms. backhoes. front loaders. man lift. cranes. ect. ect. The list goes on and on!
