Please read the entire listing before bidding! 69 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40 DIESEL. Nicely restored. I'll do my best to describe it to the best of my ability. I'm happy to answer questions or send additional pictures or video. I would encourage you to send a third party inspector or come and see it yourself if possible. Lets be real. If you found this listing and you know anything about Land Cruisers you already know what you are looking at. This FJ40 is an import from El Salvador. It is in fantastic condition and shows no signs of rust. It is clear that whoever had it previously took care of it well. It is defiantly not a beat up old central american import. Paint looks to be recent but does have some nicks, and surface scratches. Interior is fantastic and looks to have been re-done at some point. There is a spot on the carpet on the drivers side that I can not get off. See pictures. The inline six cylinder diesel engine and three speed transmission appear to be original to the vehicle. The undercarriage is coated the same color as the paint. A new straight pipe exhaust was recently installed. All 5 toyo tires are in new condition. It does have power steering, and it leaks a little. (Seal kit has been ordered) .As you can tell by the pictures the FJ is extremely clean and defiantly turns some heads. It runs and drives great. The speedometer and gauges were replaced before I purchased it. Speedometer, fuel gauge and odometer work. I have no idea on the actual mileage. Oil pressure and voltage are not currently working but it its likely a simple fix. Please feel free to ask questions. I'll do my best to respond quickly. I have a number of parts that will either be installed or included with the sale including new front window seals, wing window seals, rear hatch seal, tailgate handle, vent springs, drivers side window crank assembly and a few others.
