1951Ford Victoria Custom Deluxe – NO RESERVE

239 FLATHEAD V8,AUTOMATIC, CALIFORNIA BORN, VERY SOLID FORD CUSTOM DELUXE!

1951 was the firstyear for the Victoria.  This trim on theFord Custom Deluxe is where Ford first really satisfied America's post-WWIIdesire for great styling and premium touches.  70-years ago, these attractive Ford Victoriasactually outsold Chevy's line-topping Bel Air.  And this one has plenty of original bright-workthat is still, as you can see from the photos, very presentable, all set offwith an older repaint in the original two-tone of Sandpiper Tan bottom and aHawaiian Bronze Metallic top.  Thetwo-tone continues on the inside with two shades of tan.  The colors of the bench seats and carpetingcome together on the door panels for a full uniform appearance, it also hassome great period-correct options. Please note that the headliner has a tear just above the rear window, Ihave a piece of closely matching fabric to make a patch.  I also have a bunch of extra parts.

Factory Options: Flathead V8 – Ford O Matic (1st year) – Magic Air (Heater) –Interior Courtesy Lights – Backup Lights (not working – Directional Lights – AMRadio (not working but have extra radio and a bag of tubes) – Windshield Washer(not working) – Day/Night Rearview Mirror – Dual Outside Mirrors – BumperGuards – Fender Skirts – Deluxe Hubcaps – Beauty Rings

Dealer Installed/Aftermarket Options: Dual Fog Lights – Dual Spotlights – StainlessSteel Stone Guards – Curb Feelers – Steering/Neckers Knob – Front Seat Belts

Ford's Flathead V8is a legend all on its own for the power it provides, and the 239 cubic-inchdisplacement would be the largest installed in the Ford cars until 1954.  The car drives very smooth and has tremendousbreaks, modern Hankook tires and all new seals combine to make this a finecruise.  We did a 391 miles AACA tour10/21-23/2021, she didn't miss a beat and used no oil.

Without going intoa wagon or convertible, the Victoria was the most expensive Ford you could buy. That kind of distinction only grows withage.  So don't miss out on this quitecorrect first-year Ford Victoria.  She willhave a new home in 7-days.

I got her in a swapthis past late April and at this point have put just over 1,000-miles on her.  I encourage you to come see this beautiful'51.  Please feel free to contact me withquestions or arrange a visit for yourself and/or a knowledgeable friend.
