1980 Fiat Spider 2000
Paint is two years old. 2. 0 l DOHC with factory Bosch electronic fuel injection. New parts are distributor diaphragm. brake calipers. thermo switch. timing belt. starter. alternator. Needs a new top and the interior could use restoration or clean good and drive as is.
I planned on restoring the interior but dont have the time.
It drives good. but there is a start button installed because the ignition switch is finicky! I would like to see this go to someone who can enjoy and appreciate a 34 year old car!

I have owned it since September of 2009.
I do not know the number of previous owners.
It is a manual 5 speed transmission.
It shifts good.
The interior is not shot. just worn.
It is in decent running condition.
I would get a valve job done sometime in the next 10. 00 miles.
When started cold it smokes for the first 30 seconds of running after being left sit for a week.
But does not smoke if ran every day.
There are two spots of rust starting to bubble under the paint the size of a fifty cent piece.
One above the trunk and another on a rear quarter panel.
I also have a 1973 fiat spider parts car for it.
It can go with it for nothing.
There is not much left of the parts car.
It still has the K member. brake cylinders. eat frames. and body.
