1939 CHEVROLET PICKUP TRUCK 1939 Chevrolet original steel pickup truck (vin # AT2295132) located in Bakersfield, California. This vehicle is a frame off rebuild. All records and receipts of the build are documented and included in the sale. The vehicle is one owner, always garaged, and has less than 2000 miles on the engine. This pickup truck is in excellent condition and has a clean title. Engine is a 383 stroker with a 6qt. oil pan, 280 Comp cam, Sanderson Headers, Edelbrock 4bbl. carburetor with intake manifold, HEI ignition, a high torque starter. Engine is monitored with 6 Auto Gauge instruments and cooled with a custom-built radiator and electric fan. Transmission is a 350 Turbo with Lokar floor shifter and a neutral safety switch. Rear end is 8” Ford installed with coil overs and ladder bar rear suspension. A Mustang II independent front suspension with power steering and fitted with a tilt steering column. Disc brakes on the front and drum brakes on rear with firewall mounted master cylinder. Dual exhaust has 2 ½ in pipe with Flow Master 50 mufflers. Equipped with a Painless Fuse Block electrical wiring system. Battery is located under the seat with battery tender to keep the engine compartment clean. Fuel tank was removed from under the seat and a 16-gal fuel tank was mounted in the rear of the truck bed. The bed is red oak with a natural finish and black powder coated bed strips. The doors have been fitted with remote keyless entry locks, a 3rd brake light, new front and rear chrome bumpers, and the hood has been modified to raise and tilt to the right or left side and can easily be removed to service or work on the engine. A very clean installation using Dan Fink equipment. All new door and cab glass and a custom V-butt windshield. The truck is equipped with a Vintage Air Conditioning system. A Secret Audio Radio with remote, and a modified S-10 bench seat that tilts with rear storage pockets and seat belts. Interior is Teal colored fabric Body is straight and has no rust. The exterior paint color is Chromabase KM Purple Pearl and has red pinstriping that compliments the purple. Require a $500.00 deposit using Pay-Pal within 48 hours.
