Convertible top is in "like new" condition: no stains. no discoloration. no holes.  Convertible top and all interior and exterior lights and working.
Front bumper. rear bumpers are mint condition - after enough nicks and scrapes from NYC drivers I had the bumpers replaced brand new and painted. The paint all around the vehicle has no noticeable nicks as this car looks brand new. (See photos)

Chassis in great shape. Mechanically car has no problems whatsoever.  The only thing you will need is Spark Plugs replacement come 100K miles.

Now while this car is in great mechanical condition. there are a few issues as it is not a new car:
The right passenger motorized seat does not move. There could be an issue with the switch in the door or the seat itself. The convertible top cloth is a little loose at the rear glass window.  This is because one of the clips came loose. This can easily be repaired with the correct plastic car tool and a clip. There is a small 1 inch hairline paint crack (see photos) at the very front of the hood. This is not noticeable and can be covered with touch-up paint. The cup holder is not working. it opens and closes but it will not hold a cup. You'd need to get a cup holder replacement that can be found on Ebay for under $80.  It is not hard to swap out. The radio is brand new - I replaced it two weeks ago because many years ago I installed a Windows XP computer into the Dash complete with motorized LCD and thus I had to put the radio back in place. After 1 minute the radio posts a code . it probably needs the security code to be input since it is a brand new radio. I have this code as Mercedes gave it to me over the phone but I do not know how to enter it into the radio. Accidents 
My vehicle was involved in two very minor collisions resulting in cosmetic damage ONLY.  The details are below:
11/10/2012 QUEENS COUNTY. NY       State Agency COLLISION WITH A PEDESTRIAN (Case #:34609196)This is listed incorrectly. There was no collision with any pedestrian.  The car in front of mine was being driven by illegal aliens. and they stopped short when a man with dementia walked right into the middle of traffic.  My front bumper hit theirs and there was minor damage to my bumper as well as some scrapes on the front of my hood.  The bumper and hood was completed replaced new by Geico and repainted using 100% Mercedes parts. The paint work is excellent it looks factory as you can see in the photos.

07/13/2013       QUEENS COUNTY. NY       State Agency COLLISION WITH ANOTHER VEHICLE (Case #:34914688)This is also listed improperly.  My car was parked on the street and another vehicle hit my side panel which was replaced with Mercedes parts by GEICO.  The paint work and blending of metallic paint was done beautifully.  
There has not been any structural issues in these minor incidents but they had to be reported to insurance.
