Our RIGS are built to order. We don't have these sitting on a shelf as a lot of our customers customize these RIGS to their liking. Due to the time invested in each system. we DO NOT issue refunds. only exchanges. Due to the high amount of labor involved in our services. as well as other unrecoverable costs. there is a $50 charge for any change made to orders already in progress.
All cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returned for exchange hardware must be undamaged and in as-new condition. in original packaging.
