1981 Jeep CJ8 Scrambler rock crawler rockcrawler for sale

1981 Jeep Scrambler built for trail riding. this is not a rock bouncer. it is a VERY capable and VERY nice Jeep set up for having fun on the trails.
The reason I am selling is because I just don't use it enough to justify keeping it.
We have been riding side by sides and motorcycles.
This Jeep had a complete body off frame rebuild app. 3 years ago and has only been used 4 times since then.
On with the specs:
LS-1 with Flowmasters. TH 400 at. NP 205 Lo-Max 3. 0-1 with twin stick
Dana 60 front axle with 5. 13 gears. chromoly axles. 35 spline stubs with drive flanges. ARB air locker
14 bolt rear axle with 5. 13 gears. Detroit locker. and disc brakes
42 x 14/17 Super Swamper Irok "stickies" on 17 x 9 Trail Ready aluminum beadlocks
Warn xd 9000 i winch
Corbeau seats and Jeep backseat. harnesses for all of them (back ones have never been installed)
Auto Meter gauges. B&M shifter. aluminum dash. full custom rollcage. RCI 15 gallon fuel cell mounted in bed
Custom traction bar (anti-wrap) on rear diff
Wrangler YJ half doors
Wrangler YJ fiberglass hood and stock YJ grill
LED rear lights
rock lights under Jeep
108" wheelbase. 21" under skidplate
Optima yellow top battery
Full hydraulic steering with psc ram
I am ready to sell. but I do not HAVE to sell. so please don't offer me $5000 for it. the tires and wheels cost that much alone.
However. I will accept less than most new side by sides are today. and WAY less than it cost to build this Jeep.
I bought this Jeep from a friend who built it and he spent over $35. 00 in parts alone. not counting his labor and labor he paid other people involved with the build.
This is a super nice Scrambler. super smooth body and frame with NO rust.
