1960 Chevrolet Corvette Resto Mod a great driver for sale

To US buyers it is a relatively easy task to re register the car in the USA. I can help you through it.
This Corvette was manufactured in the St. Louis plant. It is the 7. 16'th car of 10. 61 built in 1960. It was originally sold in the USA - location unknown.
It was registered in Canada in Fenwick Ontario in 1980 then it was registered in Kelowna B. C. from 1981 to 2003. It was a high school graduation present and was garaged most of this time. The next owner bought it in 2003 until 2007 when I bought it.
The condition of this Corvette is a high quality driver car
All stainless and chrome is in near or perfect condition except the sill plates which show some wear from 53 years of use.
The interior is all new and the carpets are original
Original 1960 Chevrolet Corvette body/frame etc. Original VIN Tag and number in place with a clear B. C. title.
This corvette had a 350 cu. in V 8 installed sometime in it's history.
Th 350 has a displacement of 327 inches (. 030) over. Carburetor- Rochester Quadrajet
Manifold- Street Eliminator
Cam- High Energy Competition Cam (268 lift)
Compression 10. 5 to 1
I have installed a 200 R 4 transmission. therefore it is an automatic 4 speed with overdrive. This transmission was professionally built. I have the numbers matching Borg Warner 4 speed and the non numbers matching clutch and bell housing.
It also has the Steeroids Rack and Pinion steering with power steering and front disc brakes. This makes it a much better handling and stopping car than stock.

This Corvette is an updated classic. My wife would not drive it in stock condition but loves driving it now. I would class it as a resto mod
New tires were installed about 2000 miles ago. It has a new starter and battery.
It has the hardtop only . There is no soft top for it.
