2000 5. 0 Ford (302 cid) GT 40 Explorer Engine HO cam - all 3 row aluminum radiator - Edelbrock four barrel carb and aluminum intaketons of chrome - awesome old ford red paint - chrome shorty headers - HEI distributor 2 1/4" exhaust with Thrush turbo tube mufflers - C 6 trans with shift kit 8. 8 ford rear axle with 3:27 ratio

BODY AND EXTERIOR

1954 Ford Customline 2 door hard top all steel body.

Patch panels and reinforcement parts installed where needed to make it safe and reliable. Original patina paint carefully scuffed. cleaned and cleared. Many coats of clear were applied to ensure yrs of protection.

Frame and trunk painted chassis black and the rubber coated.

Engine compartment cleaned and preserved. New headlights and side glass with rubbers. Windshield and rear window are original. Bumpers and all stainless trim are original.

SUSPENSION

Very low very mean yet very smooth - factory ford 15" wheels powdercoated black - new radial 205/65-15 tires with wide white walls - no power steering and drives just as this vintage car should (amazingly easy) - handles and drives great no vibrations. rattles or squeaks - all new hydraulic drum brakes all around - this car is an absolute pleasure to drive it takes you back in time.

INTERIOR

One of a kind custom hand made vinyl and minky fleece covered interior - you know that super comfy blanket at home that you love. well it was my inspiration for this interior - the exterior has such a tough look I wanted the interior to be equally comfortable - all foam. door panels. material etc. new - built for comfort yet very strong and durable for yrs of use - dash painted to match - all gauges work as they should or better - speedo is off few miles an hr but does work - 8. 8 rear axle has speedo sensor for electronic adapter if wanting to that route some day - Sony CD player am fm aux - dash front and rear speakers - new carpet special ordered for this car - all gauges work in dash including the clock.
