I've had great service from this car. Honestly. Not a breakdown. not a glitch. nada.   It isn't perfect on the exterior. but it's sound. Inside. it's in good shape. upholstery intact. some scratches on interior plastic.   Tilt-wheel steering. MANUAL stick-shift SIX (6) speed transmission. For those who want better control over engine speeds and in hilly terrain. this is the only way to go. Original documentation. two chip keys with remote lock/unlock/alert buttons functioning.

Selling for financial reasons. NOTHING to do with the performance or reliability of the car.

I bought for several reasons. Five-star safety rating. EPA mileage was lower than I wanted (sticker said 21 to 21 mpg. I've NEVER gotten less than 28 mpg over a tankful. The services it's had have all been routine: one brake service. one round of replacement tires (Les Schwab rain & mud radials rated 70K). regular oil changes. regular tire rotation. and one replacement air filter at about 45K miles (lowering mileage performance was my tip-off. just FYI. ) One alignment was needed after a couple of years.   AC was recharged in summer 2014.

Vehicle first major tune-up is recommended at 105K miles. My experience bears that out.

Purchased new from Bill Pierre Chevrolet Lake City (Seattle) July 2011. ONE owner.
Mechanical condition excellent. well maintained. Low mileage. 56K
New 70K radial tires ~Jan 2014.
Lengthy road trips average 35–36 mpg. especially when using cruise control.
Short-hop errands average 29–31 mpg.

Third-party cruise control professionally installed August 2011. works fine. integrated into heads-up display.

Extended warranty (mechanical breakdown) is good through Aug 22. 2018 or 100. 00 miles. and is TRANSFERABLE TO NEW OWNER.

Rear bumper replaced for cosmetic damage. The joys of city living & parking lots.
Same goes for cosmetic scrape passenger side rear door/quarter panel. touch-up paint used to prevent rust. (See photo)
In 2012. a similar scrape was replaced under insurance.

Non-smoking owner. car has NEVER been smoked in.
Dog transported—Bichon Frise service dog (pro groomed monthly) in auto seat. 2011–2016. (See photo). No odor.

Regularly serviced @ Sunset Chevrolet Junction City. OR until Feb 2013. March 2013 – present. serviced @ Gilchrist Chevrolet Tacoma. WA. Tires/brakes/alignment maintained @ various Les Schwab locations.

Service records included although I can't promise you I have every receipt.

Car has OnStar  and AM/FM/XM (Sirus satellite radio) factory installed. No Bluetooth built-in but I'm including a visor-mounted Bluetooth hands-free unit (not a clip-on wearable. but quite similar to the car's own built-in phone. which is only activated through the OnStar subscriber service). Advantage to the built-in telephone function is the satellite coverage: I have no service on my cell when I'm in the countryside. such as the Boistfort Valley along Wasihongton Hwy 6 halfway between Chehalis and Raymond…but the phone in the car has no trouble. When I was paying for it. I NEVER had "no signal" on that built-in phone. Voice controlled.   When I was learning an entirely different metro region. the OnStar navigation was the omst accurate I have ever seen. It alerted me well to upcoming turns or exits and a gentle alert-ding made certain that I knew when I was supposed to be making my turn.

I wish the trunk had bag-hangers on both sides instead of only one. but it's a trunk worthy of the name. The amount of luggage AND camping gear that's fitted entirely into the trunk astonished me the first few times I loaded it—and I used to have a compact station wagon. 60/40 fold-down rear seats. back-seat fold-down cupholders if you're not carrying 5 humans. roomy map pockets on BOTH fromt doors. a narrow map pocket on the passenger side. reading lights for driver or navigator in addition to interior dome lights…
I've gotten truly spoitlt with the thought-through details of how the power functions work: default setting uses a photoell on the dash to set either daytime running lights or headlights. (You can change it to manual. but frankly I've loved it. )
As a woman living on my own. I've found the automatic safety lighting perfectly suited to my needs.
When I turn off the car and shot doors. the headlights and interior lights remain ON for about 15-20 seconds. lighting my way to the door and keyhold at night if a porch light is out. When I press the unlock key as I approach in a parking lot. the internal lights make it clear whether an unwanted intruder might be lurking in the car.
The power locks automatically lock when I start the engine; they  turn off again when I turn the engine off and remove the key. But if I still WANT the car locked. a LARGE lock/unlock button lets me lock or unlock doors and override the automatic setting—handy when I pick up someone at a local transit station and the engine is still running.
