Up for auction is a 2 owner 1973 Cameron z/28 lt. I bought the car off the original owner. When we purchased the car it had a 383 and a lenco transmission with a Dana 60 rear end. The car was sold in late 1973 was driver for less then 1 year after that I was a race car it's whole life until I bought it. It was not cut up except for the transmission tunnel to clear the lenco. Shortly after I purchased the car I repainted the car blue but never drove it. 2 years ago I decided to put the car back to close to being correct. Other then the hood and the transmission tunnel the rest of the car is what was from gm. The frame rails and floor pans are perfect. I repaired a small amount of rust on the lower fenders approximately a 3 inch square and a couple very small pin holes on the very low rear quarter panels. We then  repainted the car with the correct silver and black as per the cowl tag. The car now has a 10 bolt rear end. It also has a standard bore 350 with a mild cam 750 Holley and a Saginaw 4 speed. It's not a race car by any means. It's a very nice driver. I would not be afraid to drive the car any where. We have drove the car to missiouri to a show this spring. I drive the car a couple of times a week. We have entered it into a few shows and it has always done very well. I do drive this car so it has a few small paint chips. The heater is hooked up but needs a new blower motor. Here's a list of a few things the car need to finish it up to make the car perfect. The car has an after market gage cluster. new fuel tank and lines. Tires are new the door panels are the original ones from the factory and are in very nice condition. New carpet -Windshield wiper arms and switch-speedometer cable installed which I have- head liner- radio- a fan shroud  (but has never got hot the way it is)This car was sponsored by forrester Chevrolet when it was raced. The car has a very cool back ground. How often go you find a 2 owner car like this. This is a no reserve auction what's that mean ask your banker or significant other before you bid. At the end of this someone is going to own this car. I hate to sell it but we are in the middle of building a new house and could use the extra funds. If you have any questions the fastest way to get answers is to call me. Cole 217-737-4026. The car is licensed and insured so please feel free to come and drive it. Thanks good luck.
